Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and donor requirements
- Coordinate with teams and external partners to advance our sanitation and hygiene mission.
- Manage daily operations, logistics, and supply chain processes to ensure efficient project execution.
- Oversee resource coordination, vendor management, and operational optimization to maximize impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Public Health, or related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in operations or NGO management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience with budgeting, logistics, and procurement
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Passion for community health and sanitation
