Toilet Pride is seeking a proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, logistics, procurement, and administrative functions.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and donor requirements
  • Coordinate with teams and external partners to advance our sanitation and hygiene mission.
  • Manage daily operations, logistics, and supply chain processes to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Oversee resource coordination, vendor management, and operational optimization to maximize impact.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Public Health, or related field
  • Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in operations or NGO management
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Experience with budgeting, logistics, and procurement
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Passion for community health and sanitation
