About Pryme Financials Ltd

Pryme Financials Ltd is a rapidly growing fintech company offering multi-currency personal and business accounts, foreign exchange services, and innovative digital banking solutions. We are is seeking a highly motivated and skilled performance manager to join our team. This role will focus on three core components: building and managing performance systems, developing incentives for enhanced performance, and ensuring quality assurance for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and strategic alignment within the organisation.


Key Responsibilities:


Build and Manage Performance Systems:

  • Design and implement performance management systems to monitor and enhance organisational efficiency.
  • Analyse operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure performance metrics are aligned with business objectives.


Develop incentives for better performance:

  • Create and manage incentive programmes that drive productivity and engagement across teams.
  • Conduct regular assessments of incentive structures to ensure they effectively motivate employees and align with overall strategic goals.
  • Work closely with HR to integrate performance incentives into talent management strategies.


Quality Assurance for KPIs:

  • Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity and accuracy of KPIs across the organisation.
  • Regularly review and report on KPI performance to the CEO and other stakeholders.
  • Identify best practices and benchmarks to improve KPI tracking and reporting.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in performance management, operations, or a related field within the fintech industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
