- Plan and execute data-driven paid campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic ads to acquire new customers and drive customer purchases across products.
- Optimize ad spend based on CAC, ROAS, and LTV to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.
- A/B test creatives, landing pages, and messaging to optimize conversion rates and click-through rates (CTRs).
- Track, analyze, and report on ad performance metrics, providing insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, updates, and initiatives.
- Define target audience segments and positioning in collaboration with product and sales teams.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Work closely with product teams to ensure the customer journey is optimized for acquisition and retention.
- Develop compelling value propositions and product messaging that resonate with target audiences.
- Work with content team to create compelling product-focused content such as case studies, videos, blog posts, white papers, and social media assets.
- Plan and execute campaigns to drive product awareness, adoption, and retention.
- Partner with product management to define and prioritize features and updates based on customer and market feedback.
- Use data to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Scale retention marketing efforts to improve engagement and reduce churn.
- Optimize onboarding flows and user experience to enhance product adoption and retention.
- Monitor key growth metrics such as CAC, CLV, retention rates, and churn.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Set up and optimize automated email sequences (welcome flows, cart abandonment, re-engagement, upsells).
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or product marketing.
- Proven track record of managing high-budget paid campaigns with strong ROAS and CAC control.
- Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, SEO, Email Marketing and conversion optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other marketing analytics tools.
- Strong A/B testing and experimentation mindset with a passion for continuous optimization.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Braze, etc.).
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and execute growth-driven marketing initiatives.
