We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Performance Marketing Officer to lead our digital advertising efforts. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies
- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns (META Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Allocate and track ad budgets to maximise ROI
- Build and test high-converting landing pages
- Collaborate with creative teams to refine ad creatives (video and static)
- Conduct A/B tests and adjust strategy based on analytics
- Provide regular performance reports and insights
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and tools
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience in performance marketing
- Proven success managing digital ad campaigns and large budgets
- Deep knowledge of META Ads and Google Ads platforms
- Experience with landing page builders
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; data-driven decision-maker
- Familiarity with ad creative production and collaboration with designers
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities
