Job Summary
We are seeking a pleasant, diligent and organized Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide support in daily activities and enhance productivity. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Take dictation and minutes
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
