A Personal Assistant (PA) who will provide high-level administrative support to the managing director, by managing their day-to-day tasks, organizing their schedule, and ensuring their professional and sometimes personal life runs smoothly.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Diary Management:
- Maintain and update the executive’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Ensure proper time management by prioritizing tasks and appointments.
Travel Arrangements:
- Organize domestic and international travel plans, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and transport.
- Prepare necessary travel documents like visas and travel insurance.
Email and Communication Management:
- Monitor and manage the executive’s emails, respond to inquiries, and handle correspondence on their behalf.
- Screen phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Meeting Coordination:
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, both internal and external, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points.
- Ensure meeting rooms and equipment are prepared in advance.
Task and Project Management:
- Assist with organizing and prioritizing the executive's projects, deadlines, and key deliverables.
- Help track progress on tasks and report back to the executive with updates.
Personal Errands:
- Assist with personal tasks for the executive, such as organizing events, making personal appointments, and managing personal errands.
Document Management:
- Prepare, edit, and proofread various documents including reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Manage and organize filing systems (both electronic and physical), ensuring documents are easily accessible.
Confidentiality Management:
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
Office and Administration Support:
- Act as a gatekeeper, managing access to the executive.
- Maintain office supplies, manage budgets, and track expenses.
Event Planning:
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, conferences, and other professional gatherings.
- Coordinate with vendors, manage budgets, and ensure the event runs smoothly.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience
- Minimum of SSCE
