Job Summary
The Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director (MD) is responsible for providing high-level administrative and organizational support to the MD. The role involves managing the MD’s schedule, correspondence, and tasks to ensure efficient operations. The PA acts as a key liaison between the MD, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage the MD’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, reports, and presentations.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the MD.
Communication and Coordination:
- Act as the first point of contact for the MD, screening calls, visitors, and inquiries.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documentation as required.
Task and Project Management:
- Assist the MD in planning and executing projects by tracking deadlines, progress, and deliverables.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and manage discreet tasks with professionalism.
Travel and Event Planning:
- Organize travel itineraries, bookings, and accommodations for the MD.
- Coordinate and manage logistics for corporate events, conferences, and meetings.
Office and Personal Assistance:
- Oversee and manage personal tasks for the MD as needed.
- Ensure the office environment is well-organized and equipped to support the MD’s efficiency.
- Anticipate the MD’s needs and proactively address them.
Requirements:
- 5 years experience
- Degree in a related field
- Great organizational skills
