Our company is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Male Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to senior management. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Prepare presentations, memos, and meeting minutes.
- Conduct research and compile relevant data for decision-making.
- Assist with finance-related administrative tasks.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
- Manage office tools, organize files, and ensure workflow efficiency.
- Handle other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Preferably male
- Age 21-28 years (by next birthday in 2025)
- BSc/B.A or equivalent in Finance, Humanities, Law, or related fields.Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role OR an excellent academic track record for fresh graduates.
- Minimum typing speed of 50 AWPM (Touch Typist)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Design Software
- Organizational & Time Management Skills
- Strong Attention to Detail and Ability to Handle Confidential Information
- Proactive, Motivated to Learn, and Highly Disciplined
