Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, and book flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Schedule Management: Manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements, and book flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Correspondence: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Filing Systems: Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and expense tracking.
- Task Management: Anticipate and prioritize tasks to ensure the executive's needs are met.
- Event Planning: Coordinate events, meetings, and conferences.
- Special Projects: Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the executive.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of working experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
