Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage complex calendar and daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and personal engagements
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Handle confidential correspondence and communications
- Organize meetings and take accurate minutes
- Manage expenses and basic bookkeeping\\
- Act as the main point of contact for important clients, third parties, vendors, service providers, etc.
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
- Any other duties assigned by executive
Requirements:
- Degree in Arts or Social Sciences
- 3 to 4 years Experience as a PA, Executive Assistant or in a similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of standard administrative practices/procedures.
- Good organisational, planning, multitasking and prioritisation skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communicator with good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with staff at all levels
- Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Teams and Office applications
- Ability to work without supervision and as a part of a team
- Confident, proactive, self-motivated and organised approach.
- Demonstrates high level of discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
Location: Oniru, Lekki, Lagos State
Remuneration: NGN 70,000 - 100,000
