Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and text messages.
- Run errands and handle personal tasks.
- Plan and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Manage travel itineraries and schedules.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Passion for social media and a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Must live in Lagos (Island preferably)
