Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO of our company. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring the CEO’s day-to-day operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have experience with productivity tools and project management and software. The ideal candidate will also be detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Description/Requirements
- Manage and organize daily schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
- Conduct research and compile information as needed
- Assist with personal tasks
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Understanding of productivity tools such as Notion, Asana, Trello, Slack, Calendly, etc
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Fluency in English
