Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide direct support to the CCO. The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative tasks, assist with procurement, and ensure smooth office and home operations. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment while maintaining efficiency and effectiveness in supporting the CCO’s needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage the CCO’s calendar, schedule meetings, take notes, and keep track of important deadlines.
- Procurement: Handle the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and materials, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing.
- Office Management: Oversee office administrative tasks, such as managing office equipment, paying utility bills, and running errands as needed.
- Travel and Event Coordination: Plan travel arrangements for the CCO and staff, and organize events when required.
- Team Support: Ensure all staff have the necessary resources for their tasks and assist with staff welfare-related matters.
- Home and Vehicle Management: Oversee the maintenance of the office vehicles and coordinate domestic staff for the CCO’s personal needs.
Qualifications
- Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Verbal Communication skills
- Diary Management skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Basic command of Excel and other office tools. Proficiency in Zoho Workplace is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to adapt, learn new tasks, and take initiative.
- Availability to travel and work weekends when required.
- Organizational and Time Management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Can drive & Has a valid driver's license
