We are seeking a hardworking personal assistant who is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. She will be tasked with managing daily operations and ensuring a smooth workflow. The PA will manage the calendar, including scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements, etc.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to [executive/manager], including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Handle personal tasks and errands as needed, such as scheduling appointments, managing household needs, or coordinating with external vendors.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and office supplies.
- Assist with project management, ensuring deadlines and tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- A proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to drive is a plus.
- Preferably a female should apply
