As the Personal Assistant to the CEO of a dynamic Shoe Shop, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO with administrative, organizational, and personal tasks. You will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring the seamless operation of the executive office.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle and prioritize all forms of communication, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Assist in managing personal tasks and errands for the CEO.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and coordination.
- Provide general administrative support and ensure the smooth running of the executive office
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND
- 1 year experience
