Job Summary

The Personal Assistant will support [business owners] by handling a variety of administrative and personal tasks to streamline day-to-day operations. This role involves managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling communications, and ensuring all personal and professional responsibilities are handled efficiently. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external contacts.
  • Coordinate and book domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Monitor and order office supplies or other resources as necessary.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in managing personal finances or budgets if required.


Requirements:

  • Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness, as the role involves handling confidential information.
  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules or priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with travel planning, expense management, and project coordination.


Work Environment:

  • May involve a mix of office-based and remote work.
  • Flexibility in working hours may be required, including some evenings or weekends.
