Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external contacts.
- Coordinate and book domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Monitor and order office supplies or other resources as necessary.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in managing personal finances or budgets if required.
Requirements:
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Discretion and trustworthiness, as the role involves handling confidential information.
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules or priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with travel planning, expense management, and project coordination.
