Job Summary
A Christian organization seeks to employ a Matured Personal Assistant to a top Executive. He will provide full personal assistant support by dealing with all correspondence and calls, drafting routine letters to a high standard, minutes of meetings and other administrative tasks as required to support the Chief Executive.

Job Description/Requirements
Requirements:
- Act as a first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Proactively manage and coordinate the diary of the Chief Executive by prioritizing and arranging internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate briefing papers are prepared and provided
- Plan and organize travel and accommodation when required
- Maintain effective filling and data storage including emails and retrieval systems, ensuring the needs of the Chief Executive are met
- Provide support for important meetings by ensuring meetings are properly arranged and serviced. This will include drafting agendas, collating papers and reports, taking minutes and following up action points
- Undertake any other appropriate duties as required to support the Chief Executive to enable them to fulfil their role
- Carry out all the duties with complete discretion and a high regard for confidentiality
- Any other duties relevant to the needs of the organization and as directed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 3 years of working experience (Post graduation)
- High standards of Christian conduct with evidence of the Fruit of the Spirit
- Understanding of and commitment to the church's mission statement and core values
- Must be self-motivated, takes initiative, has creative skills
- Must have the ability to work well with others, and be a team player
- Must possess excellent written communication skills
- Must have good verbal communication skill
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent time management skills (Must always meet deadlines)
- Must be able to work under pressure
