Job Summary

A Christian organization seeks to employ a Matured Personal Assistant to a top Executive. He will provide full personal assistant support by dealing with all correspondence and calls, drafting routine letters to a high standard, minutes of meetings and other administrative tasks as required to support the Chief Executive.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Requirements:

  • Act as a first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Proactively manage and coordinate the diary of the Chief Executive by prioritizing and arranging internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate briefing papers are prepared and provided
  • Plan and organize travel and accommodation when required
  • Maintain effective filling and data storage including emails and retrieval systems, ensuring the needs of the Chief Executive are met
  • Provide support for important meetings by ensuring meetings are properly arranged and serviced. This will include drafting agendas, collating papers and reports, taking minutes and following up action points
  • Undertake any other appropriate duties as required to support the Chief Executive to enable them to fulfil their role
  • Carry out all the duties with complete discretion and a high regard for confidentiality
  • Any other duties relevant to the needs of the organization and as directed.




Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 3 years of working experience (Post graduation)
  • High standards of Christian conduct with evidence of the Fruit of the Spirit
  • Understanding of and commitment to the church's mission statement and core values
  • Must be self-motivated, takes initiative, has creative skills
  • Must have the ability to work well with others, and be a team player
  • Must possess excellent written communication skills
  • Must have good verbal communication skill
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Excellent time management skills (Must always meet deadlines)
  • Must be able to work under pressure
