You will be a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders and play a crucial role in ensuring the CEO’s time is managed effectively.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Coordinate communications, both internal and external, on behalf of the CEO.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
  • Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating
