Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate communications, both internal and external, on behalf of the CEO.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Assist in planning and coordinating
