Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Schedule Management: Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and ensure timely reminders.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Correspondence: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Communication: Liaise with internal stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners.
- Event Planning: Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and conferences on behalf of the CEO.
- Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
