Are you a proactive and organized individual with a talent for supporting busy professionals? we are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, creativity, and a knack for research, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Working Hours : Full Time

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Conduct research on various topics to assist with decision-making and planning.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for the CEO.
  • Assist with the organization and coordination of meetings, events, and special projects.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Utilize social media platforms to support the CEO's online presence and digital initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and project delivery.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as required.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 3 years of working experience
  • Strong organizational skill
