Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Conduct research on various topics to assist with decision-making and planning.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for the CEO.
- Assist with the organization and coordination of meetings, events, and special projects.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Utilize social media platforms to support the CEO's online presence and digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and project delivery.
- Perform additional administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 3 years of working experience
- Strong organizational skill
