Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas and taking minutes.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth operations of daily activities.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
