Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director (MD), a dynamic and driven serial entrepreneur with diverse business interests. The ideal candidate will be an efficient multitasker, possessing excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a range of administrative tasks. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the MD’s daily activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the MD, managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Oversee the MD’s calendar, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization of activities.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
  • Support with research and data collection relevant to the MD’s business initiatives.
  • Assist in coordinating events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
  • Monitor task follow-ups and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as needed to support the MD’s personal and professional needs.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
