Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and personal support to C-suite executives.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Handle confidential correspondence and maintain discretion in all communications.
- Organize and prepare documents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Oversee special projects and ensure timely completion of key tasks.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to enhance executive efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive or C-Suite Personal Assistant.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business tools.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and adaptability.
