The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, efficient in administration, and able to manage time well in a hybrid setup. They should work independently, stay motivated, and meet deadlines without supervision.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Write and send professional emails, letters, and other written communications on behalf of the executive or business.
- Attend meetings on behalf of the executive when necessary, taking notes and ensuring key points are communicated effectively.
- Manage and organize the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating fashion-related events.
- Provide hands-on assistance during photoshoots, including helping with organization, taking photos, and assisting the team with any tasks required on-site.
- Run errands for the business and coordinate with relevant individuals or businesses.
- Liaise with clients, and partners to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Assist in organizing and managing fashion events, and promotions, including logistics and coordination of participants.
- Help maintain and organize brand-related materials and products for meetings, photoshoots, and other activities.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as managing emails, phone calls, and maintaining organized files.
- Support the social media and marketing teams with content creation and campaigns, as well as influencer collaborations.
- Stay up to date with the latest fashion trends and industry news to help inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, personal assistant, or business coordinator role (preferably within the fashion industry, but not required).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write professional emails, letters, and reports.
- Ability to attend meetings on behalf of the executive and convey key messages effectively.
- A genuine passion for fashion with a good eye for trends and style.
- Ability to multitask and efficiently manage various tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Must be reliable, trustworthy, and able to manage confidential business information.
- Willingness to assist during photoshoots, including helping with organizing, taking pictures, and general support.
- Flexibility and a positive attitude, especially when working under tight deadlines or with changing schedules.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the fashion industry, fashion retail, or a similar creative environment.
- Familiarity with fashion e-commerce platforms or social media marketing.
- Ability to assist with photo editing or content creation is a plus.
- Administrative efficiency, with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, work from home effectively, and stay motivated without supervision.
- Strong sense of self-discipline and focus, able to work independently and deliver quality results with minimal distraction.
- A flexible schedule, especially when working on shoots, events, or tight deadlines.
