Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage the Executive Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Organize virtual meetings via Zoom and Microsoft Teams, ensuring all materials are prepared in advance.
- Maintain organized records, files, and correspondence.
Communication and Correspondence:
- Draft, edit, and proofread emails, memos, reports, and other correspondence on behalf of the Executive Director.
- Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring effective communication.
Technical and Creative Tasks:
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Create professional designs and visuals using CorelDRAW for internal and external communication.
- Assist with technical support during virtual meetings (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
Research and Reporting:
- Conduct research and compile data for presentations and projects.
- Prepare concise reports and summaries as required.
Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and coordinating events or activities organized by the Executive Director.
- Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups for scheduled tasks and deadlines.
Other Duties:
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A minimum of BSc/HND in any field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as a personal assistant, secretary, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CorelDRAW.
- Strong command of spoken and written English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional email writing skills with attention to detail and professionalism.
- Must be intellectually outspoken, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently.
- Proactive, highly organized, and able to multitask effectively.
- Female candidates are required for this position.
Preferred Attributes:
- Familiarity with virtual meeting tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- A strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Resides in or is willing to relocate to Sagamu.
Location: Sagamu
Remuneration: NGN 120,000 - 150,000
