Type: Full-time (Paid – N125,000/month)


Overview:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Personal Brand Strategist to help build and enhance a professional online presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will drive engagement, create content, and support the growth of a personal brand that resonates across these platforms.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive personal branding strategy for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Create engaging and consistent content for posts and stories that align with the brand’s voice and message.
  • Optimise social media profiles to attract the right audience and partnership opportunities.
  • Track social media performance metrics, including engagement on posts and stories across all platforms, and adjust strategies based on analytics.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities, including scheduling, posting, and engaging with followers.
  • Respond to direct messages on social media, focusing on topics such as technology, female entrepreneurship, and property investment.
  • Encourage participants to highlight personal brands they’ve worked with on their CVs or submit their CVs to recruitment@techlerator.com.
  • Collaborate on the creation of video scripts, visuals, captions, and video editing to drive engagement and growth.
  • Edit videos for content on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn to increase reach and engagement.
  • Stay current with social media trends, particularly in tech, entrepreneurship, and career coaching.
  • Identify potential opportunities for collaborations and partnerships.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in personal branding, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, graphic design, video production, and video editing.
  • Ability to creatively drive engagement on posts and stories across all social media platforms.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with entrepreneurs or professionals in tech or business sectors is a plus.
