Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, calls, and memos, on behalf of the executive.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Assist in personal tasks and errands as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure the executive’s office operates smoothly by managing supplies and resources.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft and edit correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Ability to manage email correspondence, including filtering, prioritizing, and responding to emails.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools like Calendly, ScheduleOnce, or Google Calendar.
- Basic understanding of legal concepts, terminology, and procedures.
- Familiarity with Nigerian laws, regulations, and court procedures.
- Ability to prepare and file court documents, and manage case files.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to think critically, analyze problems, and provide solutions.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, priorities, and deadlines.
- A degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications like Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or Certified Executive Secretary (CES) can be an added advantage.
