Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling: Manage calendars and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Correspondence: Handle emails, phone calls, letters, and documents.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare, edit, and format legal documents, reports, and presentations.
  • File Management: Maintain organized physical and digital files, records, and databases.
  • Research: Conduct research and gather information as needed.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, colleagues, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure timely completion.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and discretion on sensitive matters.
  • Office Administration: Oversee office operations, supplies, and equipment.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects, events, and initiatives.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a legal setting.
  • Bachelor's degree (LLB preferred).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


Desirable:

  • Legal industry knowledge and experience.
  • Familiarity with document management systems and legal software.
