Pharmaceutical Marketer

Responsibilities:

• Distributor Engagement: Meet with pharmaceutical distributors, collect their orders, and ensure timely servicing by the company.
• Product Delivery: Deliver products to distributors and ensure proper documentation.
• Hospital Supply: Supply company products to hospitals and other healthcare facilities.
• Direct Sales & Remittance: Sell pharmaceutical products to individual customers and ensure proper remittance of payments to the company.
• Market Expansion: Promote company products to different customer segments to increase awareness, demand, and shelf presence.
• Reporting: Provide regular activity reports to the office through the designated line managers.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
• Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving and surpassing set sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for meeting targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good reporting and documentation skills
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
• Other Requirements: Must be willing to travel as the role is nationwide.
