Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other staff to ensure efficient and effective pharmacy operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, customer service, and pharmacy profitability
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely ordering and receipt of medications and supplies
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and other stakeholders to promote the pharmacy's services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
