Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair issues with photocopying machines and other office equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing on all machines to prevent breakdowns.
- Respond promptly to service requests and ensure timely and effective resolutions.
- Maintain records of repairs, parts used, and equipment status.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users on the proper handling and care of photocopiers.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and coordinate with suppliers when ordering new parts or equipment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Photocopier Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- knowledge of photocopying machines and office equipment brands and models.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Good record-keeping and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as required.
