- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality images consistently
- Creative and artistic skills to visualize and shoot images that are captivating and tell a story
- Excellent organizational skills to plan and execute photo shoots efficiently.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and work with diverse subjects (models, public figures, etc.).
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, color theory, and other photography
