Photographer/Videographer

Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality photos of properties, including interiors, exteriors, and aerial shots where necessary.
• Take professional portraits of team members and event coverage as needed.
• Plan, shoot, and edit videos showcasing property tours, client testimonials, and corporate events.
• Produce creative video content for social media campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Edit photos and videos using software like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Enhance visuals to align with brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Conceptualize and execute visual storytelling ideas to highlight CW Real Estate's properties and services.
• Suggest innovative ways to present properties and engage the target market through visual content.
• Maintain and manage photography and videography equipment, ensuring all tools are in working condition.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technology in the industry.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on project goals and brand messaging.
• Assist in brainstorming creative campaigns and provide input on visual strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a videographer/photographer with a strong portfolio of real estate or related work.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and color grading.
• Ability to operate drones for aerial shots (certification is a plus).
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content requirements.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in real estate photography.
• Understanding of Lagos’s real estate market and target clientele.
