III.Job Description

1.  Sales Management: Meet sales targets by promoting and selling PV modules as outlined by the company’s performance goals.

2.  Client Management: Expand market reach, develop new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

3.  Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to provide valuable feedback for strategic decision-making.

4.  Technical Support: Offer product consultations and technical solutions to clients, addressing any issues to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

IV. Requirements

1.  Open to all genders, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the PV or renewable energy sector.

2.  Outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and an eagerness to share and interact.

3.  Passionate about sales with excellent execution skills, and able to work proactively under pressure to achieve goals.

4.  Strong learning ability, proficient in using office software, and able to quickly grasp technical knowledge about the company’s products.

5.  Ability to work well in a team, while also being capable of independently completing tasks.

V. Location

Remote work primarily, with regular meetings and reporting required at the company office.

VI. Start Date

Immediate availability.

VII.Salary and Benefits

1.  Base Salary: Monthly salary is determined based on experience and qualifications, with a pre-tax range between NGN 300,000 to 500,000.

2.  Sales Commission: Attractive commission structure based on company bonus policies; high commission rates awarded upon order fulfillment and payment receipt.

3.  Leave Policy: 5 days of paid annual leave, in line with the company’s human resources policies.
