Responsibilities:
- Placement Drive Management:
- Drive job placements for trainees by generating and closing leads with businesses and SMEs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, HR managers, and decision-makers to secure job opportunities for program graduates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to match qualified candidates with available job roles.
- Monitor and track placement progress, ensuring that targets are met and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Provide feedback and insights to the management team based on market analysis and client interactions.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employer partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing expectations throughout the placement process.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality placements and maintaining long-term partnerships with employers.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure successful candidate placements and retention.
- Business Development:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within SMEs and businesses that align with our placement objectives.
- Leverage existing networks to expand our client base and secure additional job placement leads.
- Participate in networking events, job fairs, and industry meetups to promote our placement services.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and submit regular reports on placement activities, progress, and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, placements, and activities in the CRM system.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in talent placement, and business development
- Strong business development skills with the ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with employers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in recruitment, talent placement, or business development.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital tools for tracking placements.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
