Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage and work with operators and engineers on the power plant
- Supervise and coordinate the work of engineers and operators to ensure the smooth functioning of the CNG-powered plant.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
- Provide expertise in mechanical or electrical engineering to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement among team members.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Track plant performance metrics and implement measures for continuous improvement.
- Plan and supervise maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.
Requirements:
- Must be able to lead and be knowledgeable in most areas of a power plant.
- A mechanical or electrical engineer preferred
- 35 years and above
- Must be able to build teamwork and supervise effectively.
