Platform Administrator and Customer support, to oversee and manage the backend of the marketplace app. This includes managing user accounts, product listings, and ensuring that transactions are processed correctly. Dedicated to assisting the sellers and the buyers on the platform by helping them with product listings, orders, payment issues, and any problems they might encounter and also responsible for reviewing and approving content submitted by users, including product listings, descriptions, images, and reviews.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor platform activity (new registrations, product listings, transactions).
- Handle user verification and approve seller profiles.
- Address disputes between buyers and sellers.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the platform.
- Assist sellers with onboarding, managing their product catalogs, and troubleshooting any issues they encounter.
- Ensure sellers comply with the marketplace's terms and policies.
- Address performance issues with sellers (e.g., complaints, disputes, or delivery issues)
- Monitor seller reviews and ratings.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience
- Minimum of SSCE
