Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with purchases.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring all POS equipment is in working order.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with company policies.
- Count and balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring all funds are accounted for.
- Address customer concerns or complaints promptly, escalating issues to management if needed.
- Monitor for and report any suspicious activity or potential loss prevention concerns.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding cash handling, security, and customer interaction.
Requirements:
- Must know how to read and write
- Female more preferable
- Living close to Asokoro is most preferred
- Minimum of SSCE certification
