Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue for UPS, AVRs, and Energy Storage products.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including businesses, dealers, and end-users.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical explanations to prospective clients.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads through digital campaigns and promotions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales within the power solutions industry or a closely related field.
- Strong understanding of UPS systems, voltage regulators, energy storage products, and their applications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain technical products in a simple and compelling manner.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- A degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
