Primary and Nursery School Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver creative and age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the school curriculum.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
• Encourage curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking through interactive activities.
• Monitor and assess students’ progress and provide regular feedback to parents and school leadership.
• Implement classroom management strategies that promote positive behavior.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
• Organize educational trips, events, and classroom displays to enrich learning.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all students in the classroom.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field, National Certificate in Education (NCE).
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary or nursery school setting. Experience in a faith-based institution is a plus.
• A practicing Christian with a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ and an active member of a Christian church.
• Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
• A compassionate, patient, and nurturing demeanor.
• High ethical standards and a commitment to upholding Christian values
