Procurement and Supply Management (CIPS) Facilitator

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver procurement training programs covering sourcing, negotiation, supplier management, and compliance.
• Assess training needs and customize materials to address skill gaps in procurement teams.
• Ensure employees understand procurement policies, ethical standards, and legal compliance.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and provide feedback for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new methodologies into training programs.

Requirements:

• Ability to deliver courses effectively and professionally.
• Ability to deliver courses for the CIPS qualification.
• Conducting formative assessments for learners and providing feedback.
• Supporting the updating of course materials including powerpoint slides, online learning resources, reading lists, etc
• Assist and support the trainees to deal with any challenge encountered during training sessions.
• Be an advocate to trainees by demonstrating and reinforcing the expected behaviours and attitudes required during learner sessions, workshops etc.
• Ensure you support trainees with their personal development goals and objectives by providing effective guidance and advice
• Providing advice, support, and guidance to trainees for subject and content specific queries
• Supporting Apprentices through End Point Assessment, providing advice, guidance, and support
• Significant sourcing experience, with a demonstrable track record of savings delivery.
• Proven stakeholder management skillset.
• Knowledge of key sourcing management processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Demonstrable level of negotiation and dispute resolution skill set.
• Demonstrable level of problem-solving experience.
• Relevant degree with a certification in CIPS L2, L3 or L4 is requirement.
