Executive – Procurement (Animal feed, Soya products)

Job Description

·        Procurement of products as per business plan from different regions.

·        RM availability in factory on time as per order/sales plan.

·        Vendor Identification and Negotiation for RM & FG.

·        Coordinating with Quality Testing department, Logistic department and Account Department and ensure smooth flow of trade.

·        Handling ERP dynamics software and generating report (PO & GRN).

·        Vendor account reconciliation (Invoice V/s Receipts V/s Payments).

·        Maintain the inflow and out flow of products from vendor to factory and coordinate with warehouse for loading & unloading of material.

·        Documentation and maintaining proper records of product loss incurred in transportation, warehouse and third-party processing unit.

·        Cost Control Report: Actual V/ Budget - RM Purchase, Transportation cost, Processing Cost.

·        Coordinate with Warehouse for proper records and reports of liquidation.

·        MIS Report:

            i.   Procurement tracking along with samples, dispatch details and third-party processing.

           ii.   Inventory Management in project and third part processing points.

Experience

Preferably 3-8 Years
