Procurement Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency. 
• Manage the entire procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier performance evaluation. 
• Identify reliable suppliers, establish strong relationships, and negotiate favorable terms. 
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. 
• Monitor market trends, supply chain risks, and cost fluctuations to mitigate potential disruptions. 
• Collaborate with internal teams (finance, operations, and legal) to align procurement with business goals. 
• Oversee inventory management and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. 
• Develop and track key procurement metrics to measure performance and cost savings. 
• Implement and improve procurement processes using ERP or procurement software. 
• Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering continuous improvement.  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree in  Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field. 
• 8-10 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management. 
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills. 
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems. 
• Knowledge of sourcing strategies, cost reduction techniques, and risk management. 
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. 
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 
• Understanding of procurement laws, policies, and best practices.
