Job Summary
We are a large FMCG manufacturer looking to hire a Procurement Officer to support our Procurement and Supply Chain teams.

- Experience Length : 3 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and uploading import forms (Form M, SONCAP, etc)
- Drafting LPO’s and verifying product specifications
- Liaising with shipping lines, clearing agents, and forwarding agents
- Maintaining up-to-date tracking details on the status of all imports and exports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder levels
- Manage supplier relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (Minimum Grade, 2:1)
- Minimum of 3 (three) years working experience in procurement and/or supply chain
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of import regulations and procedures.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
