Procurement Officer

Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure quality materials and services.
• Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Source and procure materials specific to construction, bathroom design, and surface finishing.
• Oversee inventory levels, ensuring materials are stocked and delivered on time to meet project schedules.
• Verify the quality and specifications of procured items to ensure they meet project requirements.
• Manage the transportation and delivery of materials to minimize delays and optimize costs.
• Monitor procurement budgets and seek opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality.
• Address supply chain disruptions quickly and effectively to maintain project momentum.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, supplier agreements, and delivery schedules.

Requirements:

• Meticulous in ensuring accuracy and quality in every aspect of procurement and logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in the construction or design industry.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms with suppliers.
• Familiarity with materials and products specific to bathroom design and surface finishing is an advantage.
• Strong ability to manage multiple suppliers, deliveries, and inventory efficiently.
• Quick and effective decision-making skills to address supply chain challenges.
• Experience with inventory management and procurement software.
