Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Implementing sourcing plans to assure specified quality, meeting required delivery times, and minimizing cost.
- Documenting the performance of action plans and timelines for assigned sourcing projects.
- Conducting requests for information, quotation, information, proposal, and bidding processes, minimizing risk, and maximizing value in terms of quality, delivery, and cost.
- Evaluate current and prospective suppliers through supplier reviews, site visits, and audits, in coordination with Supplier Quality teams, to ensure supply capabilities, on-time delivery, and quality service.
- Negotiating Contracts & Market Research
- Initiate Supplier Contract
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System - SAP
Requirements:
- Degree from a reputable institution.
- 3 years of experience in Procurement (sourcing ability in the oil and gas industry is an added advantage).
- Good negotiation skills.
- Great communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good technical knowledge.
