Job Description:

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and create exceptional user experiences. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive product adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Develop user personas, customer journey maps, and user flows.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure design implementation.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design software (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design.
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with prototyping tools (InVision, ProtoPie).
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and user-centric approach.
