Product Designer

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the design process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and innovative design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Communications, to align design goals with overall business objectives.
• Develop and maintain designs within an established design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Create and iterate on user-centric designs, leveraging tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma to craft compelling visual and functional interfaces.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering professional growth and encouraging excellence in design practices.
• Communicate design ideas effectively through presentations, prototypes, and documentation.
• Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to inform and enhance design strategies.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and improve design decisions.
• Balance creative innovation with practical constraints to deliver feasible and impactful design solutions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience Proven leadership in design, fostering professional growth and ensuring high-quality output
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design, including work within an established design system
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of effective collaboration across teams such as Product, Marketing, and Communications
• Familiarity with design software and tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc
