Product Engineer/Owner

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and develop a product roadmap.
• Translate business and customer needs into clear and actionable technical specifications.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, from conception through development, testing, and deployment.
• Drive the development process with a deep technical understanding of Java, Python, TypeScript, Swift, and Kotlin.
• Ensure that technical deliverables align with customer requirements, market trends, and company objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software development, UX/UI design, and marketing, to ensure successful product delivery.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and inform product development strategies.
• Provide guidance to development teams on best practices in software engineering and product design.
• Serve as the product’s subject matter expert, ensuring high quality, scalability, and functionality.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve the product.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development with expertise in Java, TypeScript, Swift, and Kotlin.
• Strong understanding of requirements engineering and product management practices.
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements and product designs.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-oriented mindset.
• A passion for technology and continuous learning.
