Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing) to ensure seamless execution of the product roadmap.
• Actively use the app to identify bugs, usability issues, and areas for improvement, contributing directly to its evolution.
• Document and track bug fixes, feature implementations, and other changes to the app.
• Communicate progress, roadblocks, and key insights concisely and effectively to leadership.
• Maintain a clear and up-to-date product roadmap the team develops, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with the development team to prioritize bug fixes and feature requests.
• Ensure the app meets quality standards and user expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Program Management, Marketing).
• Proven experience in product management, preferably in a tech environment.
• Familiarity with app development processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for technology and a desire to build great products.
